Feliz Navidad! Frohe Weihnachten! giáng sinh vui vẻ! Glædelig jul! Crăciun fericit! Merry Christmas! On one special day throughout the world almost every person is celebrating Christmas! Christmas is a season to not just give and receive, but to realize how much you have. During this busy season our family is still trying to remember the people in Africa who will not be receiving any Christmas presents. We are currently working hard at raising awareness and money to buy land for an orphanage in Uganda! Today we were selling books and cookies at our local farmer's market! We will be having garage sales and book sales and going door to door to help the orphans at "Our Own Home." Dream of a Better World is working hard this Christmas season to remember what we have and how lucky we are, AND to take action and help those who need help. Tis the season to love, give, and care. Merry Christmas.
Our Own Home is a refuge for orphans living with AIDS. Believing that every life is priceless, they offer these special children treasures that every child should be able to take for granted: security, dignity, and love. Shouldn’t every child have the freedom to drift off to sleep at night knowing where their next meal is coming from…knowing someone will always be there for them…knowing they are safe? Knowing that they are loved?
